    The rods from inside my windows fell out. Can someone please tell me how to repair them. My window will not stay up. Thank you.

      It sounds like your window sash has separated from the balances or the balances have failed completely. The simple fix is to check and see if the sash is engaged with the balance terminals. The balances may not be broken, the sash just isn’t attached. Check to see if the sash pins are engaged with the bracket inside the window jamb. If that doesn’t work, it is possible to replace balances, but it is definitely the job for a professional. It can be quite challenging to identify the correct balance and install it properly. We highly recommend getting a window repair professional involved with a project like this.
